The Lady Dragons XC team has been off to a blazing start this season. Gab Gulstrom led the Lady Dragons to a 1st place finish in the Christian County Cross Country Opener in Hopkinsville, Kentucky yesterday. Gab finished 2nd overall with a time of 11:31.67, edging out her teammate, Audrey Maier with a time of 11:31.91. The Lady Dragons had 3 more athletes in the top 7, with Maya Lang, Augusta Bogda, and Noor Ceulemans. Great showing for the Lady Dragons in Kentucky.

The Dragons finished 8th overall, with Jake Roeder finishing 15th overall with a time of 11:17. Caleb Powers, David Loaring, Riley Coorigan, and Landon Creary round out the varsity team's efforts.

The next race for West Dragons XC is at the Coach Simmons Memorial XC race this Thursday night at Johnson Park in Collierville, Tennessee.
