Collierville Schools put on an impressive display in the West Tennessee Fleet Feet Middle School Cross Country Jamboree held at Union University on Saturday (Aug. 13). The girls' team from West Collierville placed four girls in the top ten for a first place finish. The top two girls were both from WCMS and battled to the end finish line. Maya Lang edged teammate Amaya Edwards by .8 of a second to claim the title. Gabrielle Gulstrom and Helena Sawser were the other two Dragons to place in the Top 10.

The boys from Collierville Middle School took first place overall in their division. 2028 fleet footer Gabe Bullock dominated the field with a 10+ second lead over the 2nd place contestant to pace the Dragons.

Both cross country teams will open the 2022 regular season on August 27th at the Crossing Paths Invitational in Memphis. We are looking forward to an exciting year for Collierville XC.
