The inaugural TMSAA softball and baseball seasons for Collierville Middle School and West Collierville Middle School opened Tuesday (Mar. 9) at Forklift Field on the campus of Collierville High School. CMS softball team opened with a 20-2 victory over Lakeland. The WCMS Lady Dragons followed with a combined no-hitter by Brantley Parrish and Farah Gomez to secure a 19-0 win.

At USA Stadium in Millington, the baseball teams also came home with win. Collierville Middle defeated the Lions, 10-1, and West Collierville followed with a 13-2 triumph.

The middle school softball and baseball teams are scheduled to play at Munford on Thursday.
